This event was a Visioning Workshop to give True North for Aiglu's 2010 Calendar.

OBJECTIVES: - defining a shared Vision - designing a Roadmap
PROCESS: - the workshop is split into 2 parts: *building a prioritized backlog (with user stories) *drawing a roadmap
FORMAT: has to be fun: agile game
INPUT: - stakeholder's aims - wishlists,etc...
PREPARATION: - not necessary - but, if you like: * come with ideas for Aiglu's Agenda 2010 * prepare some User stories following that model:
AS A [...] I WISH/I CAN/I WANT [...] + 3 lines of conditions of satisfaction/acceptance
